Please note: Drawer modules, cupboard modules and other bolt-on accessories shown in some images are optional extras and are not included with the standard bed system.
Assembly Information
Designed for DIY Installation
The Orbvans FMR system is supplied flat packed and requires assembly and fitting to your vehicle.
Unlike typical flat-pack furniture, the initial installation involves measuring, aligning and fitting the mounting rails to suit your specific vehicle. For this reason, we recommend installation by someone who is confident with DIY projects and comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
Initial Installation
The first installation typically takes between 3-6 hours depending on experience level.
All fixings, fasteners and assembly instructions are included.
Quick Removal & Refitting
Once the mounting rails have been installed and aligned, the system can be assembled or removed in minutes.
The standard Tourneo FMR system separates into five lightweight sections:
- 2 x Mounting Rails
- 3 x Bed Base Sections
This allows you to quickly switch between camper mode and everyday vehicle use whenever required.
Professional Installation Available
If preferred, Orbvans can install and align the system for you when collected from our workshop.
